This is a story of how a police officer with the River state police command battered his live-in-lover and mother of his child. Read below...
Today at my office I met a woman in very grievous condition with a baby of about 11months and seriously ill with hernia strapped to her back. This young lady is about 29yrs old. She was cohabiting with one Sgt. Seyi Mathew Osuntokun with the Nigeria Police Force Number 212822 currently serving with the Anti-robbery squad, Rivers state.

US at alert on global terrorist attack from ISIS, Al-Qaeda, Boko Haram and others

Americans have been issued with a global travel alert over fears of attacks from terrorists around the world.
The US State Department has warned all citizens to be vigilant citing threats from ISIS, al-Qaeda, Boko Haram and "other terrorist groups”.

They have advised everyone to take caution in public places, during holidays and at large gatherings such as sporting matches or concerts.

The alert expires on 24 February next year, the State Department said.
It comes in the wake of the Paris terror attacks last Friday which claimed the lives of 130 people.

The judiciary are blocking all efforts to recover stolen assets

President Buhari who was represented by Vice President Yemi Osinbajo at the 2015 All Nigeria Judges’ Conference  in Abuja, yesterday said he is disturbed that allegations of judicial corruption have become more frequent in the country.

He accused corrupt lawyers and judges of blocking his efforts to recover stolen assets.

A 30-year-old Lagos driver, Samuel Adamo, Adamo, who was married with three wives and five children, was stabbed to death in Oshodi,  Lagos State. He was said to have been attacked in one of the motor parks in the Oshodi-under-bridge area, while calling passengers into his bus.
 
It was learnt that some motor park thugs aka agbero, had approached him for a ‘loading fee’, but the deceased allegedly declined payment, saying there was no passenger in his bus yet.

Two months after “clock boy” Ahmed Mohamed made international headlines, new details of his controversial arrest emerged Monday in a letter his attorney has sent to school and city officials in Irving, Texas.
As many as seven adults teamed up to interrogate the 14-year-old boy after a teacher mistook his homemade clock for a bomb and pressured him to sign a confession, according to the “letter of demand” from his lawyer warning of plans to file a $15 million suit.

Some Military Army officers will be arrested for sabotage - Nigerian Army

Some Military officers believed to be working with some civilians to launch a smear campaign on the Nigerian Army and the person of the Chief of Army Staff Lt. Gen Tukur Buratai, are being interrogated by the Army. A statement by the acting spokesperson of the Army, Col Sani Usman states that the smear campaign which is geared towards undermining the efforts of the Army in the fight against Boko Haram, is to start from next month.

Photo: Leader of Agbara bank robbery arrested in Delta state

The Leader of the gang that robbed some banks at the Agbara Housing Estate in Ogun state last week Thursday, has been arrested in Sapele, Delta state. Police sources say operatives of the Inspector General Of Police, Special Intelligence Response Team (SIRT) arrested the gang leader identified as Kelly Rotor at a wedding in Sapele yesterday where he was lavishing his own share of the loot from the bank robbery that saw a pregnant woman and a police officer get killed.
Kelly who was with some of his other gang members engaged the police in a shootout after they were rounded up. A police officer was killed during the shoot out.
Kelly who suffered gun shot wounds, was arrested and is now being interrogated. Police is currently working to get his other gang members arrested.

Photo: suspected armed robbers arrested by Rivers State Police

Rivers State Police shared the photos of the suspects namely Goodluck Worwu, Charles Wogu and Atochi Ezizie, which were arrested today, November 19, at around 4 pm, after a team of police operatives acting on a tip off raided their hide out located along Ada George, Port Harcourt.

Two AK 47 rifles, one (1) K2 rifle, five (5) magazines, one hundred and thirty five (135) rounds of 7.62 live ammunition and assorted charms were recovered from the suspects. State Criminal Investigation Department is currently investigating the
case.

According to police authorities, the alleged rape took place on November 3 when the pastor was performing deliverance on the girl.

A drugs trafficker, Clodoaldo Antonio Felipe, 44, dressed up as a 70-year-old woman and attempted to walk out of Coronel Odenir Guimaraes Prison in the city of Aparecida de Goiania with other inmates’ relatives after visiting time was over.
