Federal Govt declares Wednesday and Thursday Public Holidays to celebrate Salah

 

The Federal Government of Nigeria has declared Wednesday June 28 and Thursday June 29, 2023 as Public Holidays.

Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Interior, Dr Oluwatoyin Akinlade disclosed this in a statement on Monday, June 26 in Abuja saying the declaration is in commemoration of this year’s Eid-el-Kabir

AEDC notifies customers of an increase in electricity tarriff next month

The Abuja Electricity Distribution Company (AEDC) has notified its customers of an increase in electricity tariff from July 1 2023. 

In a statement released on Sunday, June 25,  AEDC stated that the review was due to the fluctuation of the Naira in the exchange rate.
