Throwback Photo: The faces of Nigeria Independence Seeker in 1947
History has it that in 1947 some set of people (NCNC Delegates) visited London, England to seek independent for our great nation, Nigeria. Their names are as follows:
1. Jaja A. Wachuku (Lawyer): First speaker of the house, First foreign affairs Minister & First Ambassador to the UN.
2. Funmi Ransome-Kuti (Activist): Founder of Nigerian Women's union, Mother of Fela Kuti & First
Nigerian woman to drive a car.
3. Adedoyin
Today, Nigeria is 57 and growing strong. Thanks to all those that worked fervently to make Nigeria gain her independence in 1960.
