According to a report by Sahara Reporters, 11 PDP senators have defected to the All Progressive Congress APC. A formal letter to this effect has been handed to the Senate President, David Mark, and would be read to the general house today.
The defected senators are:

Senator Wilson Asinobi Ake-Rivers West

Sen. Aisha Jummai Alhassan-Taraba North
Sen. Mohammed Ali Ndume-Borno South
Senator Mohammed Shaba Lafiaji-Kwara North
Sen. Abdulahi Adamu-Nasarawa West
Senator Ibrahim Abdullahi Gobir-Sokoto East
Senator Wilson Asinobi Ake-Rivers West
